✅ Electrified Power for Every Drive

For 2026, the RAV4 lineup is going fully electrified, available exclusively as a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). Toyota's fifth-generation hybrid system debuts on RAV4 HEV models, delivering 236 horsepower, improved efficiency, and standard AWD across all HEV trims in Canada.

The PHEV lineup is even more powerful. It now boasts up to 320 combined system horsepower, an estimated 80 km of all-electric range, and DC fast charging capability on select trims. A new onboard 11-kW charger also supports quicker Level 2 charging at home or on the go.

Three Bold New Designs: Core, Rugged & Sport

Core Design (LE, XLE, Limited)

With a sleek, paint-matched grille and Toyota's new hammerhead front-end, the Core lineup offers a refined yet modern look. It rides on 17" to 20" wheels depending on the grade and balances everyday practicality with contemporary style.

Rugged Design (Woodland)

Tailored for outdoor enthusiasts, the Woodland grade becomes a standalone model featuring:

• Raised hammerhead front styling

• Standard All-Terrain tires and lifted suspension

• Integrated LED lighting by Rigid Industries

• A rear 1¼-inch activity mount

• Unique exterior and interior details, including an exclusive Urban Rock paint option

Sport Design (SE, XSE, GR SPORT)

The GR SPORT is the star of the Sport lineup--designed with input from TOYOTA GAZOO Racing. With a GR-tuned suspension, sport steering, and aggressive styling elements like spoilers and GR badging, it's a bold new direction for RAV4.

Available only as a PHEV, it's joined by SE and XSE grades that offer up to 20" wheels, two-tone paint options, and sporty interior trims including BRIN•NAUB® microsuede seats.

The 2026 RAV4 is the first Toyota vehicle to launch with Arene, a next-gen software platform developed by Woven by Toyota. This platform supports:

Built on the TNGA-K platform, the new RAV4 is more rigid, quieter, and more refined than ever before. Suspension updates and high-damping adhesives contribute to a smoother ride, while towing capacity on select trims increases to up to 3,500 lbs.

Canadian buyers can choose from multiple trim levels across the Core, Rugged, and Sport lineups, with all models featuring AWD.
